We read every message. These get answered fastest:

• Bug reports — a key that doesn’t light, a wrong readout, a layout that renders oddly. Include the page URL, your browser/OS, and what you expected to happen.
• Hardware quirks — a keyboard that sends unusual codes (dual-role Fn keys, macro pads, ergo boards) or a rollover result that looks wrong.
• Corrections — anything on the rollover, dead-key or laptop fix guides that’s inaccurate or outdated.

For “is my keyboard broken?” questions, run the tester first and tell us what lit and what didn’t — that answer is usually the diagnosis.
